Payment Terms & Conditions

Academic Year: September 2026 - August 2027

These Terms & Conditions are designed to keep choir payments fair, clear and manageable for everyone and to help Angel Voice UK (AVUK) run the choir sustainably.

1. Academic Year Membership

Angel Voice UK Choir operates on a 12-month academic year payment structure.

The current membership year begins in September 2026 and ends in August 2027, ready for the new academic year to begin each September.

All regular choir memberships and reduced attendance memberships are aligned to this academic year. If a new chorister joins part way through the year, they will join the existing academic year payment plan and their membership will still finish in August 2027 alongside the rest of the choir. They will then have the opportunity to continue into the following academic year if they wish.

2. Choir Payment Options

Regular Choir Membership - £36 per month

This option is for choristers attending three or more rehearsals each month. The monthly payment remains £36 even if a session is missed due to illness, holidays, work or personal commitments. Membership is based on your ongoing place within the choir rather than payment for individual rehearsals.

Reduced Attendance Membership - £20 per month

This option is for choristers who usually attend one or two rehearsals per month.

Occasional Attendance - £15 per session

For those wishing to attend occasionally rather than as a monthly member, the cost is £15, payable on the day of attendance.

3. Payment Method

All payments must be made through the Angel Voice UK website using the official payment link.

Please do not create your own standing order or send payments through alternative methods unless specifically agreed by Angel Voice UK. Using the website ensures that every payment is processed correctly, recorded accurately and allocated through the appropriate Angel Voice UK payment system.

4. Missed Sessions

Monthly membership payments are not reduced because of missed rehearsals. A missed session will simply be recorded as non-attendance and your membership remains active throughout the month.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Refunds will not normally be given for rehearsals missed for personal reasons, holidays, illness or changes in availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

A full calendar month's notice is required if you wish to cancel your choir membership.

Please do not simply stop your subscription or cancel payments through your bank. You must contact Angel Voice UK directly so that your cancellation can be processed correctly at source. This also allows us the opportunity to support the chorister and discuss whether another attendance option may be more suitable before leaving the choir completely.

Payment remains due throughout the full notice period.

7. Changing Attendance Options

If your circumstances change and you wish to move from regular membership to reduced attendance, or from reduced attendance to occasional attendance, please speak directly with Angel Voice UK. We are always happy to discuss the most appropriate option for your circumstances.

8. Angel Voice Kids Benefit

Children and young people aged 12 to 18 who are active members of Angel Voice Kids are welcome to sing with Angel Voice Choir free of charge.

This complimentary choir membership remains available while they are part of the Angel Voice Kids programme, up to the age of 18.

9. Choir Code of Conduct

Angel Voice UK is committed to providing a welcoming, supportive, inclusive and enjoyable environment for everyone.

All choristers are expected to follow the Angel Voice UK Choir Code of Conduct, which will be provided when joining the choir. The Code of Conduct covers expectations around respectful behaviour, communication, attendance and rehearsals, performances, consideration for other choristers and the values of the Angel Voice UK community.

By joining Angel Voice Choir, choristers agree to follow both these Terms & Conditions and the Angel Voice UK Choir Code of Conduct.

Angel Voice UK reserves the right to address behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe or significantly affects the experience of other members. Wherever appropriate, AVUK will aim to discuss concerns with the chorister first and work towards a positive resolution.

10. Agreement

By joining Angel Voice UK Choir and making payment through the official website payment system, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Payment Terms & Conditions.

These terms are in place to ensure fairness, consistency and the continued growth of the Angel Voice UK choir community.
